Please note that we have vastly expanded the number of lectures available.  Several hundred lectures are now available in mp3 format at BC Recordings. This current selection is from our old catalog, and is of much lower audio quality than our new mp3 lecture collection.

Selected Lecture--

The Sorrow of Sophia:  Feminine Divine Image of Suffering

Gnosticism developed a unique understanding of the feminine aspects within divinity. In this lecture Dr. Hoeller explores the Gnostic image of the suffering and the alienation of the divine feminine, using as his text a reading from The Exegesis on the Soul  (NHL II,6). (This lecture is  80 minutes long and presented in two segments).
