The Nag Hammadi material is available in electronic form in Coptic, but I am not aware of an electronic English text - I'm sure Bently Layton has one :-). If anyone knows of an one I would love to hear about it.
The Coptic is not avaliable for FTP but it is available for cheap from various sources including :
