The Ineffable Mystery
The central sacrament in our rite is the Holy Eucharist, normally celebrated every Sunday at 1:00 p.m. Our Eucharist is a High Mass preserving structural and ceremonial details which have been largely abandoned by the Roman Catholic and Episcopal churches, while incorporating readings from the Gnostic scriptures. For additional reading about the Eucharist, we can recommend: "The Gnosis of the Eucharist"; The Mystery and Magic of the Eucharist, by +Stephan A. Hoeller (now out of print, but lending copies are available from our clergy); or The Science Of The Sacraments, by C. W. Leadbeater. But really, the best way to understand our Eucharist is to experience it yourself. Our Communion is open to all; we do not require you to have been baptized or to make any profession of belief.
